IT IS THE VERY LEAST WE CAN DO TO ASSIST IN EXPOSING WHAT IS AT THE VERY LEAST AN UNLAWFUL KILLING OF AN INNOCENT MAN.
Gail states:
Anthony Grainger was sitting in a car on the 3rd of March 2012 with two lifelong friends, when four unmarked police cars carrying 16 ARMED officers from MASTS - pulled up and took a shot through the windscreen in less than three seconds of stopping. Then revealing that not only was there no weapons but...... Anthony did not actually have previous convictions for weapons, firearms or any similar nature!
The car park was unlit and extremely dark, but the shooter claims that he saw Anthony "reach towards his lap in a deliberate movement as if he was reaching for a gun". He states that "it was my TRUE AND HONEST belief that myself and my colleges were in danger of being fired upon". Yet another officer, the commanding officer states "at the time he was shot - i had full compliance and Grainger had his hands in the air complying" After five long and painful years Anthony Grainger's partner and family have finally got the the Public Inquiry - Sitting at Liverpool Crown Court - to find out that not only is the shooter in the complete wrong but also that the intelligence file for Anthony Grainger was someone else and held on his record for over 17 years without it ever being checked or amended !!!........ And that is just the start of it !

I have studied law for five years since this happened to give me the best fighting chance of getting Justice and some answers in this case and I will NOT leave any stone Unturned - I will not give up the fight because the public NEED to know just how corrupt and INCOMPETENT the Police really are !
