Director General of the IOPC

The Head of the IOPC took his position in January 2018 when the IPCC was rebranded to the Independent Office Police Conduct, which isn't independent because its run by the Government that employ the Police so from the the start there is a case of a conflict of interest. If you look at the IOPC website you can clearly see the address is a government website policeconduct.gov.uk. Then you add the fact the the IPCC had and I would assume the IOPC would have today 88% of all of their senior investigators are ex police officers, 51% of all deputy senior investigators are ex police officers, 42% of staff investigators are ex police officers and who knows how many are Freemasons.

Michael Lockwood the Director General of the IOPC, title seems more fitting for an army.....he is the single head of decision making which is meant to streamline the process of complaints meaning he rules over all complaints making him a mini dictator.

Before he came to his privileged position at the IOPC earning around £150,000 a year with the usual added expenses paid for like hotels and travelling costs, back in the day he earned his living as a Council Chief of Harrow Council. Once again showing a case of conflict of interest, Police are employed by the Council which is funded by the government and as we know all Councils are corrupt to the core and Littlewood...i mean Lockwood is no different.

He was involved in a scam were he was “axed” from his £183,097 a year job employed by the conservatives at the time and was payed off with a lump pension payment of £138,651, a £30,000 compensation and a £65,179 a year pension to then return back to his job a few months later under the labour regime. Not bad considering he had already earned about £1,080,000 being in the position for about 6 years, this is called hush money. He remained in the position for about another 4 years but had to take a pay cut of £20,000 so he was only getting £160,000 a year which adds to £640,000. So in total he earned before joining the IOPC around the mark of £1,720,000, but this money making merry go round for those in the special club didnt stop there because he appointed himself as the Site manager for the scene of the Grenfell Tower fire disaster.

Yep, this clearly corrupt established elitist was the Site Manager for the scene in Grenfell and shared the panel with a number of senior figures involved in the Government. He was hired by the government to cover up and white wash the investigation into the holocaust, he was part of the gentrification team to get rid of the poor and working class from the wealthy neighborhood.....and this is the leader...i mean the Director General of the IOPC who is meant to be trusted to hold police officers accountable. IOPC are already a powerless slush bucket because they cant force the CPS to prosecute officers even if they where independent and if Michael Littlewood...i've done it again...i mean Lockwood was not corrupt.

Its all a farce

….Did I forget to mention that Lockwood was being paid £25,000 more when he was the Council Chief then the then current Prime Minister, its gagging money, hush money, brought and paid for.
