PC Philip Towers 8008 Drops Public Order Act Section 5 after assaulting the person who was charged with POA S5
Why did the CPS take 8 months to realise that they did not meet the threshold of prosecution. Clearly PC Philip Towers 8008 , Mersyside Police and the CPS conspired to bring a malicious charge against the disabled man that PC Philip Towers assaulted.
This Police Officer working for Merseyside Police but has been out sourced to other forces as a long history of abusing and hurting the most vulnerable in our city especially the homeless. He is part of the Matrix Disruption Unit and works undercover, his Unit travels around Liverpool in a unmarked police car reg DX60 HCK. The CPS recently dropped his scheduled court date in March for falsely accusing a disabled person with POA S5 when in fact it was PC Philip Towers that viciously attack the disabled person. On the Wednesday, 28 July 2016 PC Philip Towers 8008 stormed towards a disabled man, pushed him then slammed him into the ground at which he suffered whiplash, PC Philip Towers then dragged him around the city center before falsely arresting him for Public Order Act Section 5.
