PC Philip Towers 8008 History of ABUSE
This Police Officer working for Merseyside Police but has been out sourced to other forces as a long history of abusing and hurting the most vulnerable in our city especially the homeless. He is part of the Matrix Disruption Unit and works undercover, his Unit travels around Liverpool in a unmarked police car reg DX60 HCK. The CPS recently dropped his scheduled court date in March for falsely accusing a disabled person with POA S5 when in fact it was PC Philip Towers that viciously attack the disabled person. Statement by Taxi Drive Victim of PC Philip Towers
"l am a Liverpool taxi driver and like many other liverpool taxi drivers, I have had dealings with him. He has history around the city centre and is corrupt and has a chip on his shoulder with taxi drivers. I was stuck in traffic on Hanover Street behind a bus indicating to go onto the taxi rank. He was directly behind me and started sounding his siren and flashing his lights. He had a woman officer in the vehicle with him. I shouted out of my window asking what the problem was and he said move on as im on a pedestrian crossing...i explained that we were in a traffic jam and that I was waiting to go on the rank once the traffic moved. As the traffic moved i moved onto the rank. He pulled along side me shouting at me to get off the rank. I was shocked and frightened of his attitude. I stupidly drove off the rank and began moving forward. He flashed me and indicated for me to pull over which i did opposite the entrance to Central station. He got out of his car and his other officer stayed in and he reached into my cab window and took my keys. At this point i tried to talk to him but he was shouting through my window and spitting in my face at close range. I told him that the whole incident was on the street cameras and that I was recording him on my phone and that I was going to make an official complaint about him. At this point he panicked and hurled my keys at full force into my cab window and they hit my hand and hurt me. He shouted at me to move on. I drove off shocked and was going home. To my amazement he followed me to Lime Street and flashed me to stop again. This time the woman officer got out and not him and she asked for my details...i refused to give them to her other than my badge number, cab number and my vehicle reg. She went back and told him ...he jumped out of his car and ran towards the cab with rage in his eyes and threatened to have me arrested but would not say what for...i gave him my name and address and drove home shocked. I immediatley reported him when i got home. To my horror I got a letter to go to court in Birkenhead for allegedly parking on zig zags which is untrue. I challenged this total fabrication and took it to the Chief Constable and the PCC and MP but got knowhere as when he was investigated he told a raft of lies saying I swore at him and was racist to him?? He invented another Policeman as a witness that never attended and the street camera footage for this date went missing. Corruption and lies at its peak. I had to pay 130 pounds and got points on my licence. Strangely, though after my complaint he was moved from the area for a good while and the officer that was dealing with my complaint against him said it eill not happen in future as he would have to have a camera on his coat recording all his incidents from next year. There have been many complaints about him by taxi drivers and he has assaulted and abused many. He does not understand society and is in the wrong job. One time he pulled up a taxi driver around the Seel street area who had passengers in the rear. He starting abusing the taxi driver and using in appropriate language and behaviours. There was a middle aged man and woman in the back of the taxi and the man intervened and question Towers on his behaviour. He was told to shut up and mind his own business. The man in the rear pulled out his ID and showed it to Towers and told him to report to his office on Monday...it turned out he was a very Senior police officer from the Wirral. Towers was told off and went off the scene for a while. He definately hates the homeless as there is a nice homeless man with a dog that i used to see all the time in town and no longer see him until the other day on county road. I spoke to him and he said he no longer goes to town as Towers strangled him and told him to keep away from town. Towers needs removing from the Police Force he is a danger to society and a very horrible man. Good luck with your complaint."
