Detective Inspector Darren Wallace 5348 is allowing other Officers to use his uniform and collar number
On the 15th of May I came aware of a photograph of a Merseyside Police Sergeant in Riot Gear at the Disturbance that took place on February 27th, 2016 in Liverpool on the St George's Hall steps during a protest involving the North West Infidels and a counter protest to that. Going off the Picture you can clearly see his collar number 5348, on may the 16th I attended the Admiral Police Station and asked of they could provide me with a name to the collar number, the female at the desk wrote down his name Darren Wallace, where he was from Bootle and his phone number 7773676
At this time I found another Photograph of Inspector Darren Wallace who was then a sergeant in the Echo newspaper on the 8 Jul 2013 titled “Police launch six-week crackdown against scrambler bike use in Merseyside” http://www.liverpoolecho.co.uk/…/merseyside-police-launch-s… from this photograph you could clearly see this was not the same person in the Helmet. They had a different shaped head, one had glasses and clean shaved where as the other didn't have glasses but did have a beard. The person in the Helmet in the photograph also seemed much older, more then 3 years when the Echo article was publish.
On the 17th of May I attended the Bottle Police Station Marsh Lane where the Desk Officers on duty that day all seemed to be very familiar with Inspector Darren Wallace but they refused to Identify the person in the Helmet as Inspector Darren Wallace. I presented them with one photograph of Darren Wallace and another photograph of the person in the Helmet. They got Inspector Jones 1471 to assist in answering my questions, he took me into the interview room where he locked the door in a failed attempt to scare me. We discussed about how I could Identify the police officer in the Helmet, he failed to meet my needs. He did said he knew Inspector Darren Wallace for over 20 years and knew him before he was in the Police Force, however he identified Inspector Darren Wallace from the Echo as Inspector Darren Wallace and he also confirmed that the person in the Helmet was also Inspector Darren Wallace. He LIED about the identity of the person in the Helmet and attempted to MISLED me. He and the Desk Officers denied that he was based in Bootle which was another LIE.
On the 18th of May I wrote a complaint to Jon Murphy about this and handed it into the Police Head Quarters, since then he has refused to reply to any of my emails and letters. While at the HQ I spoke to the Desk Officer and asked her for her own opinion and displayed the photographs and she said that the photographs where of poor quality to ID anyone, which makes me wonder how they can ID people off dodgy CCTV camera footage.
On the 19th of May I finally made contact with Inspector Darren Wallace after 13 attempted calls lasting over 45mins, i can provide evidence of this. He refused to take my complaint seriously and never followed up my complaint, he refused to describe himself to me, he refused to make an appointment to meet me at any Police Station, he knowingly attempted to fog me off by saying there was a lot of officers on duty that day. He mention to me 12 times that he could not see any issues with my complaint, this was A LIE. He then refused to tell me his duties on that day and told me if I wanted to know then contact HeadQuaters, which I did also on the 19th of May and they said they can not provide me with that information it is not on their system. So therefore Inspector Darren Wallace LIED again. He has since refused to answer any of my emails.
This is when I realised a serious criminal offenses committed by one or more Merseyside Police Officers. This a a huge case of Misconduct and Misfeasance in Public Office not only is the person in the Helmet wearing some one else collar number but they have also promoted themselves to a sergeant which put the public in danger and lower ranked Police Officers on duty that day who were looking for guidance from their higher rank in danger. There is also a Conspiracy to cover it up these criminal offences.
On the 24th of May A Detective Inspector Martin Earl from Merseyside started to take up my case because Sir Jon Murphy the Chief Constable refused to deal with my complaint and has refused to answer any of my 20 plus emails I have addressed to him personally.
This is clearly an operational matter to which the Chief Constable is obliged to look into, Detective Inspector Martin Earl implied that the Chief Constable were to respond to this complaint it could be a conflict of interests, however this was worded in a round about way by stating that under part 5 of Police Conduct Regulations 2008 section 46, there is no need for the Chief Constable to remove himself from the investigations if he is an interested party. This is extremely misleading information that given to me. There is nothing more than an excuse made up in order to prevent the Chief Constable Jon Murphy complying with his obligations to investigate the matter, i misfeasance in public office!
Detective Inspector Martin Earl investigating this case emailed me on the 8th of June hinting that the Police Officer in the Helmet was from Cheshire based on his ID being the same. He said he was out of office till the 20th June as of today this was the last correspondence I have received off him 14 days and counting.
So i contacted Cheshire Police at first the Phone Operator said that there is no Officer with that badge number 5348, she passed me on to the Control Room and the female informed me that the person was not a sergeant but a PC and his name was PC Birch. On the second phone call once again the Phone Operator said they have no one listed as PC Birch with that Collar number. Then she gave me a list of names Kelly Birch, Alley Birch, Katie Birchle, Mathew Birch and Marry Birch, none with the collar number 5348. So once again some one has LIED. She then passed me onto the Control Room again and they told me that number 5348 did indeed belong to a PC Birch but out of security reasons they could not give me his first name but i guessed Mathew Birch since that was the only Male Birch registered.
I then received a TWEET from Cheshire Police on the 14th June in reply to me sending them the picture of the person in the Helmet saying this was not one of their Police Offices but an Officer from Merseyside. I also received an email on the 15th June from Cheshire Police Miles Dignam Complaints Manager confirming also that the person in the Helmet is not a Police Officer from Cheshire. Why did Detective Inspector Martin Earl provide me which such misinformation. Why has he refused to answer any of my Questions I put to him.
